How to Clean a Filling Machine

The filling machinery is cleaned after each batch.

1. Use a rag dipped in purified water to wipe the outer wall of the bottle washer in the same direction from top to bottom. Do not wipe back and forth.

2. If there are stubborn stains, wipe with a rag dipped in detergent until there is no dirt and see the true color. Rinse the rag with purified water until there is no foam, and wipe the bottle washer with purified water until there is no foam when the rag is washed with purified water.

3. Use a rag dipped in 75% ethanol to wipe the outer wall of the bottle washer in the same direction from top to bottom. Do not wipe back and forth.

4. Rinse filling pipes, needles, etc. with purified water after use and soak with 75% ethanol, and rinse with newly prepared purified water before use.
