Filling machinery maintenance
1. Because the filling machine is a whole series of automatic machines, the sizes of easy-to-pull bottles, bottle pads, and bottle caps are all required to be uniform.
2. Before starting production, you must first test the machine with the panel manual mode (jog/handle rocker) to see if there is any abnormality in its rotation, and start production after confirming that it is normal.
3. When adjusting the machine, the tools should be used properly. It is strictly forbidden to use too large tools, use too much force to dismantle parts and knock parts hard so as not to damage the parts or affect the performance of the machine.
4. Whenever the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws, and turn the machine with the handle to check whether its action meets the requirements before resuming production.
5. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine, so as not to cause damage to the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to:
⑴ During the production process, the machine should be kept clean, and the dirt such as liquid medicine or glass debris should be dealt with in time.
⑵Clean each part of the surface of the machine once before shifting over, and add clean lubricating oil with the correct label to the oiling place of each moving part.
(3) Scrub it once a week, especially clean the places that are not easy to clean in normal use or blow it with compressed air.
Precautions for installation of filling machinery
1. After unpacking the filling machine, first check whether the accompanying technical documents (instructions, maintenance manual, etc.) are complete, and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to deal with it in time.
2. Install and adjust the feeding and discharging components according to the outline diagram in the manual.
3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubricating point.
4. Use the rocker handle or the panel to manually control the machine test run, and check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise when facing the motor shaft), and the machine must be protected and grounded.
