The magnitude of these rotation angles is determined by time and is the corresponding rotation angle shown at normal operating speeds. When the speed of the filling machine is lower than the normal operating speed, the time for the entire process to complete increases, and vice versa, the time for overspeed operation is shortened. Therefore, the overspeed operation of the filling machine may affect the filling quality, such as increased oxygenation and uneven liquid level, or even back-bubble phenomenon.
2. Electronic valve
The electronic valve control of the filling machine can be controlled by the PLC relay, which can be controlled according to the variables preset by the computer, or it can be a quantitative electronic valve. The time for the constant electronic valve to complete each process of the filling process remains unchanged when the speed changes. . There is no speed limit in the equipment, and the overspeed only affects the reduction of the pressure relief time, which affects the subsequent process, and will not have any impact on the previous processes such as evacuation and filling.
